2. Collection, processing and transfer of Personal Data

a. Collection and processing in case of contact by email or use of the contact form

In case of contacting MyPrettyPapery I collect personal data (name, email address, message text) only to the extent provided by you. The processing of this data is necessary to respond to your inquiries and handle your requests. This data will be used and stored solely for the purpose of responding to your request (legitimate interest iSv. Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR) and the related technical administration.

By sending your message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data.

b. Collection, processing, and use of personal data for orders

(1) When you place an order with us, we collect and process your personal data as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with our contractual obligations. This data may include your name, email address, billing address, and payment information.

The processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO and is necessary for the proper performance of the contract.

(2) To fulfill your order, it is necessary for you to create a user account and accept the terms of use of our service partners Corjl and Canva. In this respect, the data protection provisions of Corjl and Canva apply.

(3) For the payment of your purchase, the payment service provider selected by you collects and processes your name, your card or account number, and/or other data required for the respective payment method on your behalf."


3. Use of the e-mail address for the sending of newsletters.

We use your email address, independent of contract execution, solely for our own promotional purposes to send newsletters, only if you have expressly consented to this.

The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) Point a GDPR with your consent. Your data will be passed on to a service provider for email marketing within the framework of order processing. A transfer to other third parties does not take place.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time either by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the newsletter or by sending a message to myprettypapery@gmail.com indicating your desire to unsubscribe.

Following your unsubscription, your email address will be immediately removed from our newsletter distribution list.


4. Storage of Personal Data

Personal data processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR - i.e. your explicit consent - will be stored until you revoke your consent.

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if one of the alternatives of Art. 18 (1) point a - d GDPR is given.

e. Right to information pursuant to Art. 19 GDPR.

We are obliged to inform all recipients of the personal data concerning you of any rectification, erasure or restriction of processing (requested by you). The only exception to this is if this is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

f. Right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR.

(2) RIGHT OF OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21 (2) AND (3) GDPR IN THE CASE OF DIRECT MARKETING.
